Deirdre Randall is the owner and founder of Global Consumer Research. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand and did her post graduate studies in SA as well as the UK. Her competencies include qualitative and quantitative research, sales input, retail, wisdom, consumer psychology & mentoring.
She’s passionate about customers, cooking, art, and psychology. Amongst other titles, she’s the author of the best selling “Meals for Babies and Toddlers” which has been in print for over 30 years and has sold over 100,000 copies (a record in SA!)
In 2016 her son, Matthew, a Psychology and Marketing graduate (Monash) joined Global Consumer Research because the business had grown so big. He contributes much to the technology and implementation of focus groups.
